By downloading, installing, or accessing SuperKnowledge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the application.

All curriculums, interactive slide designs, Duolingo-style algorithmic node structures, software code, visual artwork, and pedagogical structures are the exclusive intellectual property of Zordon Intelligence sp. z o.o. Classical philosophical axioms cited are attributed to their respective public domain or historical sources.

3. Educational & Informational Purpose Only

SuperKnowledge provides rigorous mental models, tactical negotiation concepts, depth psychology frameworks, and ancient philosophical models for personal educational enrichment only.

4. App Store & Subscriptions

SuperKnowledge may offer in-app purchases or subscription tiers (e.g., unlocking unlimited advanced tracks, custom FSRS decks). All purchases are billed through your Apple ID account and handled in accordance with Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time via your iOS Settings.

5. Termination & License Grant

Zordon Intelligence grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. We reserve the right to suspend or update track content to maintain Duolingo-grade curriculum rigor.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland and applicable European Union regulations.
