2. Data Collection and Processing

SuperKnowledge operates on a zero-telemetry, offline-first architectural paradigm:

No Account Required: You do not need an email, phone number, or social login to access curriculum tracks.
On-Device Local Storage: All lesson progression, XP scores, daily streaks, and FSRS spaced repetition review states are stored exclusively on your iPhone via Apple SwiftData.
No Tracking / No Analytics SDKs: We do not integrate third-party analytics trackers, advertising identifiers (IDFA), or behavioral monitoring SDKs.
No Server Logs: The app does not ping remote APIs or transmit telemetry payloads during your learning sessions.

3. In-App Purchases & Apple App Store

Transactions for premium tracks or subscriptions are processed directly and securely by Apple Inc. through StoreKit. Zordon Intelligence sp. z o.o. never receives, stores, or handles your credit card numbers, billing addresses, or personal payment details. Apple manages your transaction data under the Apple Privacy Policy.

4. GDPR & User Rights (EEA / UK)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), users in the European Economic Area possess statutory rights regarding personal data:

Right of Access & Rectification: Because data is stored locally on your device, you have immediate and permanent access to your information within the app interface.
Right to Erasure: Deleting the SuperKnowledge app from your iPhone immediately and irreversibly purges all local databases and progress records.
Data Portability: No remote silos hold your data.

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K)

SuperKnowledge does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in certain EU jurisdictions). Because our system collects zero personal data from any user, children can safely explore philosophical and educational content without surveillance.

6. Changes to this Policy

We may occasionally update this Privacy Policy to reflect future platform features or regulatory guidelines. Any modifications will be published here with an updated effective date.
